1 BMRDA (Bangalore Metropoliton region development authority)
  Preparation of Base Map and Interim Master Plan for the area comprising of Ramanagara, Channapatna and Bidadi urbanisable block, in the Area Planning Zone-1 Project completed. GIS applications were resorted to. Total Station Survey was involved wherever there was cloud cover and insufficient data.
2 Environmental Management & Policy Research Institute (EMPRI)
  a Central Government entity awarded CURIPe the Preparation of Environment Status Report with reference to waste management and urban planning for Bangalore. Project has been completed.
Now, the Environmental Status with reference to waste management and urban planning for the entire Karnataka has been entrusted to CURIPe.

  for six complicated traffic junctions at K.R. Puram, Graphite India, Kundalahalli, Hoody, Hope Farm and Varthur Kodi, Interim Reports have been approved by The Commissioner, BBMP, Bangalore.

  Technically qualified and successful financial bidder for the preparation of Revised Master Plan in the 700 Sq. Kms of Local Planning Area of the Bangalore – Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Area Planning Authority (BMICAPA) adapting GIS Techniques and Total Station Surveys – Under Progress.
7 KHB
  Detailed Project Report including Total Station Survey for a composite housing scheme of KHB at Aurad Village, Bidar Dist undertaken by KHB for an extent of 20 Acres. Project completed.
8 Detailed Project Report including Total Station Survey for a composite housing scheme of KHB at Jigala and Yadavanahalli Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk undertaken by KHB for an extent of 823 Acres. Project on progress, Construction taken up.

1 M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., through M/s. Edifice Architects P. Ltd an ISO 9001- 2000 Certified Company for the construction of a Software Park in 3 acres land in EPIP Zone of Whitefield, Bangalore.
  CURIPe gave total technical guidance for the project to fit into the Zonal Regulations of BDA norms and KIADB guide lines with regard to building regulations, sanction and approvals from Airport Authority, Chennai, BSNL Bangalore, Fire Force department, Bangalore, BWS&SB, Bangalore, Karnataka state pollution control board, Bangalore etc. Project completed successfully.
2 Technically, qualified and successful financial bidder for the preparation of Detailed Project Report for Composite Housing Scheme at Bijapur under taken by KHB for an extent of 277 Acres.
3 Unicorn Holdings Pvt. Ltd, for a software park in Whitefield, Bangalore with all statutory approvals.
4 Bharthiya International Company, in its diversification of capital has come about to float a colony, wherein a software park, commercial hubs and international school along with group housing with centrally located 18 hole golf course to enhance the eco system of the surroundings etc, on the periphery of Bangalore city. Technical advice is being rendered by CURIPe. The project is under finalization process.
5 Shell India Markets Pvt Ltd., appointed CURIPe as consultant for complete technical guidance with furnishing of feasibility reports for establishment of petrol filling outlets in the city. 38 projects have been finalized and 27 have been constructed and commissioned to operation.
6 M/s. Vakil Square, in Hosur Road, Ground + 6 Upper floors, Commercial complex.
  Technically guided the project.
7 M/s. Wipro Ltd, in Electronic City, Bangalore, Software tower, Tower – 16 and Tower - 17 consisting of Ground + 9 upper floors each, 1.5 Million Sq.Ft of built up area comprising of Phase 1, 2 and 3 in the campus of 47 Acres extent in Doddathoguru Village, Electronic city, Bangalore.
  CURIPe has rendered technical guidance for preparing plans as per regulations. The development plans of Tower – 16 has been sanctioned. Tower – 17 is in the final stages of sanction.
8 M/s.Wipro Ltd, in Electronics City, Bangalore Technical assistance in preparation of Revised Building plans with adherence to Zonal regulations, and assisting in obtaining all Statutory NOCs for their Tower – 8 G + 6 upper floors in 20 Acres of land.
  Project almost completed.
9 M/s. J.B. Malls Pvt Ltd, building in Whitefield, Bangalore flatted factory, Ground + 5 Floors. Technically guided the project with necessary parameters of sanction and obtained all approvals of Airport Authority, BSNL, KSPCB, BESCOM, and BWSSB, Bangalore.
  The project is completed.
10 M/s. Dynamatic Technologies Ltd, Areospace Software building consisting of Ground + 5 Upper Floors at Bangalore. All statutory approvals obtained.
  The project is completed.
11 M/s. Woodstock Ambience Pvt Ltd, building consisting of 1 Basement + Ground Floor + 3 Upper Floors of 600 rooms for Working Men & Women’s Hostel building at Singasandra, Hosur Road, Bangalore. Permission / approval obtained,

12 M/s. D.S. Kulkarni Developers Ltd, appointed as Technical consultants for their real estate projects in Karnataka for furnishing Technical feasibility reports.
13 Daya MK Developers Pvt. Ltd, No. 16, Lime Light House, 5th B Main, K.R. Road, Bangalore – 82. Three residential projects on 1.75 Acres Plots. Technical Advice by CURIPe. Also, handled obtaining all statutory approvals.
  The project is completed.
14 Venkateshwara Blessings Builders Pvt Ltd, Pune based developers for their Residential complex project at Gottigere Village, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore Basement + Ground + 25 Upper Floors on 4.2 Acres. Total Technical Advise provided.
15 Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt Ltd, Indian wing of Multi National repute “Mac Donald Restaurants” for identification and technical opinions / feasibility reports for their chain of restaurants in and around Bangalore.
16 Hiranandani Group of Companies & Industrial Parks, Mumbai, Technical Consultants for group housing projects in 50 Acres of land at Hulimavu, Bangalore.
17 Marigold Properties, Extent: 7.5 Acres at Shettihalli Village and 2.5 Acres at Mylasandra, consultants for their Bangalore projects at Shettihalli and Mylasandra. Ongoing project with a total Built – Up area of 1.25 Million Sq. Ft.
18 M/s. Elbit India PTE Ltd in association with M/s. Aaayas Trade services pvt Ltd, an Israel based company in Bangalore. Preparation of Technical and feasibility reports including Study of Topography features, existing Irrigation Systems along with future proposals, study of existing Nalas water way along with hydrological data with regards to flood discharge, and other infrastructure details like Service Roads, Storm water drains, sewerage system, Traffic Study and amalgamation of the system with the main stream, proposal of arterial, sub-arterial, peripheral roads coming to the zone. Environmental problems, expected sewage treatment.
  Project report completed and delivered.
19 M/s. Bosch Ltd, for their MICO building in Adugodi, Bangalore regarding technical advice on Basement floor expansion project.
20 Vaishnavi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, for technical consultancy and assisting in obtaining technical sanctions from various Govt. agencies for their combined commercial, multiplex and group housing project at Yeswanthpur, Bangalore along with a detailed study / analysis of Traffic and Transportation to the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.
21 Capricorn Leisure & Development Pvt Ltd, Pune, Preparation of feasibility report, technical assistance in drawings, and total Town Planning due diligence for their Residential and commercial project at Devanahalli, Bangalore.
